Hi there! My name is Aaron, and I offer online music instruction for all ages and experience levels, so whether you’re just starting out or you want to get to the next level in your musicianship, I’m here to help!
In my 15 years of teaching music, I’ve found that I have a real passion to help my students grow into well-rounded musicians that are confident in their craft and musical understanding, all while finding joy in making music. I teach from an engaging, song-first approach that helps students get excited about what they're learning, and incorporate the music theory and technique that every musician needs in practical and easily understandable ways.

I graduated with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Music and am a songwriter, recording artist, recording engineer, and certified Avid Pro Tools Instructor. In addition to the instruments listed above, I also teach and train on songwriting and performance. I’ve performed on stages across the United States and the world, and have produced, engineered, and mixed a number of albums. I live in Davis, CA and when I’m not teaching music, I love to watch baseball and Formula 1 with my wife.
